By offering Buddha’s ancient wisdom in a modern presentation, we want to help people of all backgrounds and faiths find deeper levels of inner peace and happiness. Inspired by earthy, feminine, Venus-ruled Taurus, who is associated with the throat, neck and voice, we will explore our relationship to our sound. By honoring our own voices, we will support the rising of women’s voices for the greater good of all. In the body of the earth, we will look to the spring flowers as colorful expressions of the Divine Feminine bursting with beauty, healing and nourishment.

Ashtanga Vinyasa is a traditional, therapeutic approach to yoga that links breath to movement and creates balance and ease in body and mind. The Full Primary series will work through a series of postures that purifies and heals the body. It will take between an hour and a half to two hours. You are invited to stay through the entire series or you may leave at the regular time of 7:15 if that suits your needs.

In the days of old, women gathered at new moon time to commune with one another as well as to set intention for the upcoming “month.” Studio B offers you a modern-day version of this sacred time away from the daily demands of life. If you desire time to relax and recharge, to be in community with other women, or to be more mindful, this is the evening for you!

The circle is facilitated by Jennifer Reeve, a certified facilitator of the Wild Woman Project and teacher at Studio B.
