Steph Ebel

Hi. I’m Steph Ebel and hope to see you in a class. I’ve been practicing yoga seriously for about 10 years, the last three as a teacher. Yoga has helped me in so many areas of my life, from being more joyful, relaxed and open, to a slow but powerful physical transformation. My practice and classes are supported by the principle that yoga is where the mind and body meet… with breath and with kindness and respect for our bodies. The perfect posture is one where you are fully and joyfully in the present moment, feeling each cell in your body move towards a place of health wholeness and interconnectedness. It’s not about what you can do, but who you can be. I am an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 200) with over 1200 hours of teaching experience and have also completed the advanced 500 hour training program for yoga teachers (RYT 500). I particularly enjoy learning ways to help students with physical issues or limitations and firmly believe that yoga is for every body. Besides yoga, I love my family, dog, friends, art and everything about the outdoors.
